This top-shelf Brooklyn-centric White Russian recipe comes to us courtesy of Tracy Helsing, a bartender at The Meatball Shop. The smoothness of Grady’s Cold Brew, Brooklyn Republic vodka and heavy cream, all tied together with our Vanilla Rich Simple Syrup? The Dude would approve.
¾ oz Vanilla Rich Simple Syrup
2 oz Brooklyn Republic Vodka (or other vodka)
1 oz Grady’s Cold Brew Coffee (or any cold brew coffee)
1 oz heavy cream
Shake all ingredients together, pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a few coffee beans.
