This cocktail is a tiki concoction from the Smuggler’s Cove book, with some slight variations. Originally called Pupule from Don the Beachcomber’s in the mid ’30s, then later renamed The Nui Nui, this version is an adaptation by @homebartendr.
Cook Time: 2
¼ oz Blank Slate Kitchen Vanilla Rich Simple Syrup
½ oz lime juice
½ oz orange juice
¼ oz cinnamon syrup
¼ oz St. Elizabeth allspice dram
1 ½ oz Appleton Estates Reserve Blend rum
1 dash Angostura bitters
Shake and strain and garnish with a long spiral-cut orange peel.
